The Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles have released the Technology Advancement Program’s Request for Proposals (RFP) for the “Demonstration of Air Pollutant Emission Reduction Technologies for Commercial Harbor Craft.”  Proposals are due Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017.
